Why we use it
Information is used to review the request, provide a response where requested, protect users and improve the service. It must not be sold or used for advertising.
Safety and disclosure
Confidentiality may be limited when information indicates immediate serious danger, abuse of a child or another legal safeguarding duty. The operating organisation must publish its exact retention and disclosure policy before launch.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion from the operator, subject to safeguarding and legal retention obligations.
